We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus original shipping and will require a $9.99 return shipping and handling fee ($14.99 for Hawaii and Alaska). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days, Makers Collective cannot accept returns for any reason. 


Email us at hello@makerscollective.com with your name, order number, and list of items to be returned. 
We will get back to you within one business day with a return shipping label.

 Once you receive confirmation from us, print out your pre-paid label and mail the unused items with the packing slip and all original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
